The Important of Noframes tag

Using frame tag on your web site is very assistive, especially when
your web
sites contain of many pages. The good thing about using frame tag is,
you need only little efforts when updating your site.
However, this method has it's negative impact in SEO, because many
search
engines can not recognize web pages that use frame. So, even you have
very hard work in SEO-ing your site, it is difficult to get the good
positioning on search engines.
So, what should we do?
Well, let's look back of the basics of search engine optimization.
Always remember this 2 keys:
1) Make your web site readable by human visitors and spiders. This
is the main
key for your site to be indexed on search engines.
2) Optimize your site with it's prior keyword or phrases to get the
top on search engines.
You can not do both in your frame tag. Use noframes tag. Describe your
keywords here. Use the general search engine optimization rules: # Repeat
keywords in title tag, both meta keyword, meta description tag, this
is a part of search results, Heading tag, including heading 1 to heading
6, first trivial lines of your web page (many search engines use this
trivial lines as a part of search results), links, alt attribute in
image tags, etc.
Repeat keywords several times in good sentences and please avoid too
much
repeating the same keywords and phrases that make impressions on dissonant
and repeating since search engines will assume it as spam. Please not
that you
should only repeat keywords and phrases until you get 5% in keywords
density,
and not more than that. Exceeding keyword density than 5% will make
your site being penalize by search engines.
This method will much help you in search engine positioning.
